TM-2 modules come in a variety of sizes, offering flexibility for any installation. All standard modules come with a 10" or 12" diameter inlet, adjustable distribution plate, and an integral expanded metal grille. A contractor grade is available with the same options. Each unit is entirely factory-sealed, with all metal to metal joints bonded to prevent leakage. The AAF TM-2 series delivers peak filtration in cleanrooms from ISO Class 8 to ISO Class 4. The modules utilize our AstroCel II Mini-pleat Filter Pack which provides 99.99% (HEPA) minimum efficiency on 0.3 μm. A laser-tested ULPA filter providing 99.9995% efficiency at 0.12μm is also available. The low profile housing and light weight of the TM-2 modules make for easy installation. The modules are typically installed in a 1-1⁄2" or 2" T-bar ceiling grid, or 2" wide gel or gasket seal, heavy duty ceiling grids, suspended from the building structure. Housings with four suspension points for attachment of hangers are standard for gasket seal applications.
